This is an action in ejectment, brought by plaintiff and appellee against the defendant and appellant, in *167which there was a verdict for the plaintiff involving about 15 acres of land claimed by the plaintiff to- be a1 part of the north half of the southeast quarter of section 14, and by the defendant to be a part of the northeast' quarter of said section.
