On December 19, 1988, the Cobleskill Central School District entered into a three-year agreement with ServiceMaster Management Services for support management services relating to custodial and maintenance needs. Thereafter, on September 14, 1992, the Cobleskill Central School District Board of Education approved a three-year renewal of the agreement, as amended, to become effective December 22, 1992.
