This action was initially instituted against the individuals who comprised a committee of stockholders as successors to the. assets of the Wewoka Petroleum Corporation, which assets had been transferred to them to effectuate a distribution upon dissolution of the corporation. Henceforth, the parties will be designated according to their status in the trial court: the defendant in error, as plaintiff; the Wewoka Petroleum Corporation, a dissolved Oklahoma corporation, as the corporation; and *287the individual defendants comprising the committee, as defendants. . .
