KELLY, Associate Judge:

Appellant’s first trial for armed robbery, robbery, and assault with a dangerous weapon 1 ended in a mistrial. At his second trial appellant was convicted by a jury of armed robbery and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of ten to thirty years. We affirm.

The facts developed by the prosecution are that on February 26,1976, at about 7:00 p. m., an armed man, wearing an orange-colored ski mask and a long brown leather coat, entered a Gino’s Restaurant at Georgia and Alaska Avenues, N.W., and took approximately $210 from the cash registers which he had forced the manager…
