Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Grays Harbor county, Abel, J., entered May 18, 1917, upon sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, dismissing an action for libel.

This is a civil action for damages arising out of the publication of an alleged libelous article. A demurrer was interposed to the complaint and sustained. The plaintiff elected to stand upon his complaint, and judgment was entered dismissing the action. This appeal followed.
The complaint alleges, in substance, that the respondent Grays Harbor Publishing Company is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of this state, and as such is engaged in the publication of the Aberdeen Daily World, a daily newspaper of general circulation throughout the state; that the respondent.
