A Missouri couple appeals from an order issued by the Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture levying sanctions against them for violating the Horse Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1821 et seq. The couple filed a notice of appeal in this Court 31 days after the date of the Secretary’s order, one day after the time for filing the notice of appeal expired. Because the notice of appeal was untimely, the appeal must be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
