Swift & Co., of Chicago, 111., brought this bill in equity against the Hammond Farmers’ Association, Limited, and the Tiekfaw Farmers’ Association, two co-operative farmers’ associations operating in the Louisiana strawberry conn*167try, and the Hammond State Bank and the First State Bank & Trust Company, two banks doing business in Hammond,, La., to recover certain amounts alleged to have been collected by the two associations as agents for Swift & Co. and to have been deposited as trust funds in the associations’ bank accounts with the defendant banks, which had…
