ORDER DISMISSING CASE

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Palmetto Debt Holding Group, LLC’s (“PDH”) Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”). The Motion was heard on an expedited basis following the request filed by PDH. Carolina Park Associates, LLC (“Debtor”) objected to PDH’s Motion on June 4, 2010. The Town of Mount Pleasant, a creditor of the Debtor, joined in support of PDH’s Motion.
