Emma Thompson and others brought this action against defendants Lizzie McGill and H. R. Mc-Gill to establish a trust in land in Seminole and Pottawatomie counties, and to quiet their title to the interests claimed by them therein. The trial court denied the relief sought, and adjudged H. R. McGill to be the owner of the Seminole county land, and Lizzie McGill to be the owner of the Pottawatomie county land.
