Brian Campbell, Appellant, was charged with arson and criminal mischief with pecuniary loss in excess of $200,000 for burning down an Arby’s restaurant. See Tex. Penal Code §§ 28.02 (arson), 28.03(b)(7) (criminal mischief causing pecuniary loss of $200,000 or more). Appellant was convicted of both offenses and sentenced to ten years’ confinement on each count.
