OPINION

McCORMICK, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of murder. The jury assessed punishment at twenty-five years’ confinement. On original appeal to this Court, appellant raises three points of error. In one point of error, appellant alleges that the trial court erred in refusing him the opportunity to present impeachment evidence. In another point of error, appellant alleges that the trial court violated his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation by unduly restricting his cross-examination of a State’s witness.
