Appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Greene County, Missouri, of the crime of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon. The punishment assessed was ten years' imprisonment in the penitentiary. Appellant filed a motion for a new trial, which was overruled by the court and thereafter appellant was sentenced. From this judgment he appealed.
