Joseph Shaw appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.

On July 28, 2000, Appellant was charged by indictment with one count of felony tampering in the first degree, § 569.080.1(2).1 On January 29, 2001, pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, Appellant appeared and entered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of attempted tampering in the first degree.
