Baumann v. City of West Allis

This rather expensive and vexatious litigation results from an attempt on the part of the city of West Allis to adopt a form of contract which finds scant, if any, authority in the statutes, and one which at times has been held by the parties to establish the relation of principal and agent and at other times the relation of owner and principal contractor.
