OPINION
KIRK, Judge.
In this appeal from summary judgment in favor of respondents, appellant argues that the district court erred by concluding that his professional-negligence action was untimely.. We affirm.
FACTS
In 2006, appellant Vaughn A. Veit retained respondent ProSource Technologies, ‘Inc. (ProSource) to appraise real property located in Wright County. The purpose of the appraisal was to establish the value of the property for a planned charitable donation to the Veit Foundation.
