PETERS, J.

Pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between a city and its unionized firefighters, firefighters who retire as a result of a disability are entitled to disability pensions measured as a percentage of their base pay at the time of retirement. They are also entitled to service pensions reflecting their years of service. Although the collective bargaining agreement expressly limits service pensions to reflect a base pay cap, the agreement does not expressly limit disability pensions.
