OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, James E. Gray, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, finding Gray guilty, pursuant to R.C. 2109.50, of concealing and embezzling assets of his aunt, Elsie Bryn, in the amount of $85,359.22. We reverse the judgment of the lower court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
