OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Mr. Michael Hundzsa, appeals from the January 2, 2008 judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, which denied his motion for a modification of sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 2} Substantive and Procedural History

{¶ 3} On October 22, 2004, Mr. Hundzsa pled guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition, felonies of the third degree in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4), and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a felony of the fourth degree in violation of R.C. 2907.31(A)(1) and (F).
