This is an appeal from the district court of Oklahoma county. On August 8, 1911, Lucie Plolt and E. I. Holt executed a note to the Aetna Building & Loan Association, the defendant below and defendant in error here, for $3,200, payable according to the by-laws of said association, and executed a mortgage on lot 6 in block 20, in Jefferson Park addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma county, Okla., to secure the payment thereof. Because of the nonpayment of said note, as well as of insurance and the taxes, foreclosure action was instituted in the district court of Oklahoma county on May 21, 1913.…
