2Per curiam
Counsel for A.L.H. filed a brief and motion to withdraw asserting there are no meritorious issues to raise on appeal. Before we can address the merits of A.L.H.’s appeal, we must decide whether the procedures of An-ders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), apply to an appeal from an adjudication of delinquency.
