This action was commenced on December 27, 1962 by the issuance of summons and filing of complaint. On January 10, 1963 *480the assistant clerk of the Superior Court extended defendants’ time in which to plead until February 15th. On February 5th the defendants demurred to the complaint on grounds other than a misjoinder of parties and causes of action. Judge Martin overruled the demurrer on June 26th; defendants excepted and gave notice of appeal to the Supreme Court. However, as they subsequently concluded, the Supreme Court will not entertain an appeal from an order overruling a demurrer except…
