Plaintiff Erica P. John Fund (the “Fund”) brought this case as a shareholder class action on behalf of itself and a class of all other similarly-situated investors of Alcon, Inc. (“Alcon”) against Novartis AG (“Novartis”), Nestlé S.A. (“Nestlé”), Alcon, certain Alcon officers and directors, and third parties.
