Plaintiffs Matías Erausquin, Enrique Erausquin, Liliana Controne, and Yolanda Frischknecht bring this putative class action against Defendants Notz, Stucki Management (Bermuda) Limited (“Notz Stucki Bermuda”), Notz, Stucki & Cie S.A.
