The tax assessor for the first taxation division brought action and recovered judgment against the plaintiff-in-error upon a declaration containing four counts. The first count was upon *702a judgment alleged to have been recovered against the plaintiff-in-error by the predecessor in office of the present assessor. The second, third and fourth counts were for property taxes, personal taxes and income taxes respectively all of which were alleged to be due and unpaid.
