This is a motion for the allowance of an attorney’s fee for services rendered in this court. The parties to the motion were divorced February 12, 1919, and the custody of their minor child was awarded to the mother, who was the libelant. The decree of divorce also provided that the libelee (the husband) should pay to the libelant (the wife) the sum of $25 per month as permanent alimony.
