This action is brought by the plaintiff, the Northern Terminal Corporation of New York, to determine a claim to certain real property.

The disposition of the action involves the construction of a deed made by James N. Butterly, Annie J. Butterly, bis wife, Bartholomew A. Greene and Elizabeth G. Greene, his wife, to plaintiff, dated May 29, 1918 and recorded June 7, 1918, in liber of Conveyances 3050, page 332, and purporting to convey to the grantee therein named certain real property in the county of New York, easterly and southeasterly of Nagle avenue, and northerly and northeasterly…
