This case presents an issue of first impression: Whether Ark. Code Ann. § 23-89-209 (Repl. 1999), requires an insurer to offer underinsuredmotorist coverage in a commercial automobile liability policy. The Hot Spring County Circuit Court ruled that it did not and granted summary judgment to Appellee Canal Insurance Company. Appellant Raymond Anthony Monday now appeals the order of summary judgment. Our jurisdiction of this appeal is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(b)(1). We affirm.
