Certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Commission denying compensation to dependents of a deceased employee.

The facts involved in this case are not in serious dispute. The deceased employee, William J. Fogarty, was 54 years of age and was employed as a bellhop at the Martin Hotel in Rochester. On January 19, 1957, he came to work at the hotel at approximately 12:15 or 12:30 p. m.
