Plaintiff brought this action to quiet title to a triangular piece of ground in the city of Reno, bordering 109 feet on the south line of Jones Street, 78.42 feet on the east line of Washington Street, and 133.35 feet on the northerly line of Riverside Avenue, as shown on the "Amended Map of Powning’s Addition to the Town of Reno. ” The case was tried upon an agreed statement of facts, and, from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, and an order denying a motion for a new trial, the city of Reno, which was incorporated by acts of the legislature passed in 1903 and…
