ALSOP, Senior District Judge.
This matter came before the Court on November 23, 1993, on the joint motion of class counsel and the defendants for final approval of the Amended Settlement Agreement. Class members Joyce Blesi and Mark Grennier appeared through counsel and objected to the proposed settlement. 1 Blesi and Grennier also move to. intervene in this action for the limited purposes of appeal and participation in any further settlement discussions.
