MEMORANDUM & ORDER

KATZ, Senior District Judge.

The parties have requested approval of two settlements. The first is a partial settlement of a securities class action for $111 million; class counsel seeks thirty percent of this fund as attorneys’ fees. The second is a complete settlement of a related derivative suit for $5 million, which will be contributed to the class action fund. Attorneys’ fees for the derivative suit would come from the amount awarded to class counsel.
