This action was brought by Maude Flatman against Lulay Brothers Lumber Company, a corporation, and A1 Lulay, to recover damages for injuries suffered by her in a collision between a motor vehicle in which she was riding as a passenger and a pick-up truck driven by the defendant A1 Lulay. At the close of the plaintiff’s testimony, a judgment of involuntary nonsuit was entered in favor of the defendant corporation against the plaintiff.
