Introduction
This case has thrown this Court into one of the worst legislative quagmires caused by the 1984 Amendments to the Bankruptcy Code. At issue before this Court is the continued validity of Bankruptcy Rule 9027 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1471 and 1478 and the question of whether or not there exists a proper procedure in the Western District of Louisiana under the 1984 Amendments for removal of claims from a State Court to the Bankruptcy Court.
