MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand or Abstain (Doc. # 5) and Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue (Doc. # 2) 1 . This case was removed to this court under 28 U.S.C. § 1452 2 on April 22, 2002, from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama.
For the reasons to be discussed, the court finds that Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand is due to be GRANTED. Defendants’ Motion to Transfer and all other pending motions, with the exception of Defendant Kenneth Lay’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 12), are therefore due to be DENIED as moot.…
