OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of capital murder. A jury found two brothers, Victor and Guadalupe Gutierrez, guilty of intentionally killing a police officer and sentenced them to life imprisonment. In seventeen grounds of error, appellants now complain of various errors in the charge, particularly in the application of the law of parties, insufficiency of the evidence, and of the court’s failure to allow appellants to cross-examine an eyewitness regarding offenses pending against him or to introduce evidence of the prior statements of a co-in-dictee.
