HOLCOMB, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant of attempted murder, sentenced him to 20 years in prison, and assessed a $10,000 fine. Appellant appeals in five points of error. In the first point, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction. In the last four points, he contends that the court erred when it: (1) admitted prior inconsistent witness statements into evidence; (2) permitted the State to improperly impeach a witness; (3) admitted a video tape of the victim recuperating in a rehabilitation center, and; (4) denied his motion for mistrial complaining…
