I am writing in response to your request for an opinion on the following:

I would like to request a formal Attorney General's opinion concerning several questions pertaining to a recent City Council meeting that occurred in Brinkley. During the January 30th meeting, the issue of the new Mayor's salary was brought up. This issue was on the agenda for discussion only.
