— Plaintiff had judgment in the sum of $548.07 on account of moneys found due and owing from the defendant, for and on account of sales of certain crops belonging to the plaintiff, made by the defendant and for damages inflicted by the defendant upon certain property belonging to the plaintiff. These damages amounted only to the sum of $7.90 and are not involved in this appeal. The defendant appeals.
