It appears from the record in this case that on May 25, 1939, the plaintiff and Bussell Walter filed a declaration of intention with the then Secretary of State of Illinois that they expected to engage in trust receipt financing of used automobiles, the plaintiff to be the entruster and Walter the trustee. This statement of intention complied with the statute and no question is raised by the defendant .with reference to its propriety.
