Appellees exhibited their bill in equity, in the circuit court •of Cook county, against appellants and others, for the foreclosure of a trust deed given to secure the payment of $90,000 and interest, major part of the purchase price of the four hundred and six acres of land lying in sections 8 and 17, town 37, north of range 15, east of the third principal meridian, in •Cook county.
