Plaintiff, Reliable Liquors, Inc. (“Reliable”) has instituted this action against Truck Drivers & Helpers Local Union No. 355 Pension Fund (“Fund”) and Joint Board of Trustees of Truck Drivers & Helpers Local Union No. 355 Pension Fund (“Trustees”) under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq.
