MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

DEARIE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Joseph Mangan, as trustee of the Local 807 Labor-Management Pension Fund (“the Fund”), moves to vacate an arbitration award entered on February 12, 1986. Defendant Owens Truckmen, Inc. (“Truckmen”) cross-moves to confirm in part and modify in part that award. For the reasons set out below the Fund’s motion to vacate is granted and Truckmen’s motion is denied.
