Introduction

This case is a consolidation of three antitrust actions brought against American Telephone and Telegraph Company; Pacific Northwest Bell, Inc.; Western Electric Company, Inc.; and Bell Telephone Laboratories Inc. (Hereinafter AT & T). 1 Plaintiffs compete with AT? & T in Oregon and Washington in the terminal telephone equipment market.
