Danny Keel was convicted of one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He argued before the Court of Appeals that the State presented insufficient evidence to show that he had constructive possession of the drugs and drug paraphernalia found inside the residence he shared with his girlfriend. Keel also argued that the jury was improperly instructed on the definition of drug paraphernalia. The Court of Appeals rejected both arguments and affirmed his convictions. State v.
