MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
McMAHON, District Judge:
Roselyn Martin (“Martin”) brings this action against her employer the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (“TBTA”) 1 alleging discrimination and re taliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”). 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
Before this Court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs claims for race discrimination and retaliation. For the reasons stated herein, the motion is granted.
