In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiff Maria Bauer appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), entered April 9, 1984, which, inter alia, denied her motion to vacate a stipulation purporting to settle the action entered into in open court on April 7, 1981 by her former attorney.
Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
