Plaintiffs Richard Fugarino, Jo Marie Fugarino, and Marc A. Fugarino appeal the district court’s dismissal of their complaint, which asserted various state law causes of action relating to an insurance policy purchased from defendant Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
