This matter was initiated by Plaintiff, C.H., and her parents, W.H. and T.H., individually and on C.H.’s behalf, pursuant to 20 U.S.C.A. § 1415(i)(2) and 34 C.F.R. § 300.512(2002), as an appeal from an administrative order, entered on June 30, 2011, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office for Dispute Resolution, finding that the defendant, Schuylkill Valley School District, was not in violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et. seq.; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“ § 504”), 29…
