Petitioner Parmdip Singh (“Singh”) petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) decision to deny Singh’s claims for asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) and for relief under the Convention Against Torture. Specifically, Singh asserts that the IJ erred in finding his testimony incredible and in refusing to permit an expert witness to testify.
