MOORE, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Harbi Mohamad Ismat Hassan (“Hassan”) seeks review of a final order from the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the Immigration Judge’s decision to deny Hassan’s claims for asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). 1 In his petition, Hassan asserts that the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) erred on several grounds.
